|  | A typical day at Nexus begins at 6:30 a.m. Clients meditate, eat breakfast and then participate in psycho-educational group sessions on a wide range of topics from alcohol and drug education to stress management to trauma coping skills. Following lunch in Nexus' cheerful dining hall, clients enjoy some personal time and then participate in three more counseling sessions.
