All residential programs take place at our La Prada campus. Located on 12 acres in far east Dallas, the residential campus includes three dormitories, the Crystal Charity Children’s Center, two playgrounds, outdoor recreation facilities, cafeteria, med room, group rooms, clothes closet, administration, auditorium, DISD classroom and laundry facilities.
Outpatient and aftercare programs take place at both the La Prada campus and at the outpatient center located on Lemmon Avenue. On-site childcare for outpatient services and aftercare programs is available at both locations.

1. Go East on I-635 (LBJ Freeway)
2. Exit La Prada Drive
3. Right on La Prada (south)
Nexus will be approximately three miles on the right, across from Eastfield College. You must go through the following major cross streets before reaching Nexus:
1. Gus Thomason
2. Oates
From downtown Dallas
1. Go East on I-30 (RL Thornton Freeway)
2. Exit Big Town Blvd. (exit #54)
3. Go North on Big Town Blvd. (Big Town Blvd becomes La Prada Drive after you cross John West)
Nexus will be approximately 1/4 mile on the left, across from Eastfield College. You must go through the following cross street before reaching Nexus:

From the Dallas North Tollway southbound:
1. Take the Wycliff Avenue exit.
2. Turn left on Wycliff Avenue
3. Continue on Wycliff to Lemmon Avenue
4. Turn left on Lemmon Avenue
5. Continue on Lemmon Avenue until you get to Hawthorne Avenue
5. Make a U-turn at Hawthorne Avenue. (Building is immediately on the right.)
From Central Expressway southbound:
1. Take the Haskell Avenue Exit to Lemmon Avenue
2. Turn right on Lemmon Avenue and go 1.7 miles
3. Make a U-turn at Hawthorne Avenue. (Building is immediately on the right.)
