Nexus is there every step of the way for those who are seeking recovery, providing a continuum of care from Detox through Aftercare:

Aftercare Program

Provides alumni support and allows clients to stay connected with the agency and others in recovery.
Specialty Services

Psychiatric Services

To meet the specialized needs of clients with a dual diagnosis of addiction and psychiatric disorder, Nexus partnered with UT Southwestern. Through this partnership, an on-site medical director and psychiatric fellows are available to assess clients’ mental health and provide appropriate care. The stabilization of a client’s mental health is a critical first step to achieve benefit from treatment.

Children’s Center

Children from birth through age 12 that accompany their mothers into treatment participate in therapeutic, prevention, and educational activities. Daycare is provided on-site, and school-aged children attend DISD’s Bayles Elementary School.

Alumni
Nexus has an active alumni group. If you are a Nexus ex and would like to stay connected with Nexus and other women who have completed our program, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us how to reach you by contacting Beverly Carroll or Valerie Monroe
